One-Time Project
A post-acute care employee engagement and retention platform wanted to use existing employee feedback data to flag Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) that are at risk of early turnover for its users.
Extracted and modeled survey data across key milestones (15, 30, 60, and 90 days), isolating signals tied to CNAs reaching at least 100 days of employment. A predictive model was developed for internal use, with auto-run capability.
The client gained a statistically backed model they could embed into their platform—moving beyond survey flags to true predictions. One highlight: workers who rated their job positively at Day 15 were 4x more likely to stay to Day 100.

Monthly Retainer
An outdoor retailer lacked visibility into aging inventory and vendor exposure. With only ad hoc reporting to guide them, buyers struggled to manage carryover risk or evaluate vendor performance with confidence.
Applied metrics like Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI), unit velocity, and seasonal sell-through across hard goods—bindings, boots, helmets, and more. Built comparative dashboards and reproducible reports segmented by vendor type, product age, and season.
The purchasing team gained a repeatable, visual workflow to support buying decisions, move aging stock, and manage vendor risk, Developed tools gave leadership a clear view of how inventory was performing and where margin was leaking.

Proving Operational Value
One-Time Project
A senior care survey firm, in partnership with the American Health Care Association (AHCA), needed to identify how customer satisfaction scores and survey response categories predicted whether a facility would receive an annual award from AHCA.
Mapped multi-year survey data to AHCA award records for skilled nursing and assisted living centers. Built research-ready files, ran Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) tests, and evaluated pre/post award trends across key response categories.
Awarded facilities scored higher across key survey categories like communication and responsiveness. Findings validated AHCA's award process and gave the client a clear message to share with facilities—customer scores can be used to gauge and pursue award recognition.
